  • I'm not receiving my account verification link

    Please check your SPAM folder or check with your IT department to see if the email has been quarantined.  If you have issues verifying your account, please send us an email at contact@mypropass.co.uk and we will manually confirm your account.

  • How long will my subscription last?

    The subscription is on ‘rolling’ year basis – for example, if you join on 2 February you will have access until the following 1 February.

  • What happens once I have subscribed or renewed?

    On paying for your subscription, you will be able to:


    Book seminars as part of your subscription


    View your collected certificates


    Upload certificates

  • Can I book events without subscription?

    No, you can only view events without subscription as your details have to be captured to be able to issue your e-certificates once the event has been attended.

  • Can I upload previous certificates?

    Yes, you can upload your previously attained certificates. We provide 1Mb storage free and £2 per year for every additional 5MB of storage required

  • Can I download and print certificates?

    You can download your certificates as PDFs or JPEG or print them directly from the site. 

  • Can I share my certificates through social media?

    You can showcase your achievements by sharing them via social media. You can choose to publish your certificates with a personal comment through Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn

  • Can I share my profile with my employer or professional membership body?

    We are currently working on updates to enable data sharing with other organisations. This will be included in an update in the near future

  • Using Microsoft Internet Explorer?

    Internet Explorer is being phased out by Microsoft. We recommend that you use Google Chrome for the best experience.
